DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY 

  • We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders within INDIA
  • For all COD orders, we require a 10% advance payment of the total order value. Our sales team will get in touch with you within 24 hours via WhatsApp, email and/ or call for the same
  • Orders will only be added in production once we have received the advance. 

    SHIPPING TIMELINES

    • While most our orders are dispatched within 2-4 weeks from the order date some orders intricate detailing can take slightly longer. 
    • Once we receive your order, a sales associate from our team will whatsapp and/ or email you to give you an estimated delivery timeline. 
    • For any urgent orders, please contact us at +919811173778 and someone from our team will be help you with the same 
    • We only offer one time free shipping. A shipping charge is applicable if we have to reship an order that is returned back to us.
    • COD orders can take longer than prepaid orders. 
    • During festivals, adverse weather conditions or PANDEMICS, your shipment could get further delayed. We ensure you that we will try our best to have your parcel delivered to you in good time.

    • Though we use some of India's largest logistics companies for shipping, we are bound in coverage by their reach. In case your address is in a location not served by them we would contact you to do our best to find an alternative solution to make your order reach you

    SHIPPING CHARGES

    The minimum shipping charges for all International orders are $45 and will be charged based on the weight and volume of the product and the country where the delivery is being dispatched. Shipping charges will be shared upon inquiry.

    RETURNS

    • Since all our outfits are made to order, we do not accept any returns nor offer any refund. However, we would be happy to assist you incase of any alterations.
